I ordered this for my son. He had to leave his university before he was able to arrange housing for Fall semester. He and his roommates had their first contract on an apartment fall through at the last minute. There is a lot of competition for rentals near his school. Excellent help from Jean Baptiste when it was most needed. I had a long list . I did not buy a house yet but a lender promised a partial loan if I can meet certain requirements. As for the car issue a random stranger stepped up and borrowed me his car and I was dumbfounded. I believe Jean Baptiste had something to with these lucky breaks.
